Beginning a healing journey starts with self acceptance . Making peace with the past.


Becoming the woman I am today and the woman I aspire to be required me to take A deep dive into my past my childhood, and my relationships. Living a healthy happy life is possible, no matter how horrific your childhood your past decisions and choices, lovers and trauma, but it takes consistency self-love staying on a schedule and finding purpose in your life


I find purpose in my children and my loved ones as well as my work. Giving back to the collective is my soul’s purpose. Helping heal the brokenhearted and survivors helped me heal and grow.

Here are a few tips on having a balanced healthy life, and getting started when any healing journey

How to begin living a balanced, mindful life


Healthy living encompasses a holistic approach to maintaining spiritual, physical, mental, and emotional well-being. This is the basics of living any happy healthy life. Finding balance in the following :


1. **Balanced Diet:** Consuming a variety of nutrients by including fruits, vegetables, whole grains, lean proteins, and healthy fats in your diet. Limiting processed foods, sugar, and excessive salt is crucial.


2. **Regular Exercise:** Engaging in physical activity for at least 150 minutes per week, including a mix of aerobic exercises (like walking or cycling) and strength training.


3. **Adequate Sleep:** Aiming for 7-9 hours of quality sleep each night helps the body repair and rejuvenate.


4. **Mental Health:** Managing stress through mindfulness, meditation, or other relaxation techniques. Maintaining social connections and seeking help when needed are also important.


5. **Hydration:** Drinking plenty of water throughout the day to keep the body hydrated, which supports various bodily functions.


6. **Avoiding Harmful Substances:** Limiting or avoiding alcohol, tobacco, and other drugs to prevent health issues.


7. **Preventive Healthcare:** Regular check-ups, vaccinations, and screenings to catch potential health issues early.


8. **Healthy Relationships:** Building and maintaining positive relationships that provide emotional support and foster a sense of belonging.


9. **Mindful Living:** Making conscious choices that align with long-term health goals, including stress management, work-life balance, and personal growth.


10.** Spiritual practices**

Showing gratitude every morning as you wake up Praying consistently visualization, acknowledging a connection with your higher self Or whatever religion of your choice can help you maintain faith and positivity even on hard days



Incorporating these practices into daily life helped be significantly improve my overall well-being and longevity my connection to my God, my children, my family, and loved ones
